In this tutorial, we are going to learn how to create a Twitter account. As we know, Twitter is a very popular social media website, so it is a very good venue for sharing posts. Creating a Twitter account is very easy. You can follow the step-by-step tutorials below.

Steps in Creating a Twitter Account

1.) Go to Twitter.com.

2.) In the Twitter’s home page, fill up the necessary information on the Sign up section (Figure 1) and then click the Sign up button.

3.) This will take you to another page (Figure 2).  In that page, Twitter will suggest your username. You will use your user name (or your email) for logging in. Change your user name if you want. 

4.) After filling up the required information, click the Create my account button. Twitter will send an email to the address that you have given asking you to confirm your account.

5.) Login to your email and click the confirmation link.

The link will take you to your Twitter account. The first thing that you should do is invite your friends to your blog’s Twitter account and follow people of the same interest as your blog’s niche. Some of them will follow you back.
